NEURONAL MASSAGE

Right now it doesn’t fit into the schedule – it takes a long time until the next vacation – the solution to the problem seems to be within your grasp … if only it weren’t for this headache, shoulder and back pain, cardiac arrhythmia, lying awake at night, the whistling and rustling in the ears. Maybe some pills after all? But they daze the brain even more.

A medical massage….?

Acupressure …?

Or maybe a wellness massage …?

In between a short break?

That’s it!

Well …

During my training I got to know different massages. None of them really pulled me off my feet – especially not as a patient.

Regardless of whether in a German practice or when staying abroad: it was always a matter of “gritting your teeth”. Every now and then there were bruises or even headaches for days as a side effect. It was not “promoting regeneration” and the “wellness”massage wasn’t much more pleasant.

Maybe just bad luck?

There are so many sorts of massages: those prescribed by the doctor – given by trained masseurs and physiotherapists, as well as “wellness treatments” that everyone can offer without any training or even testing.

Of course, that’s a matter of taste: For some, it can’t be pithy enough: tensions and “fascia” are kneaded and tumbled, acupuncture points pressed and pressed. Others only allow gentle touches.

But how can you avoid unsightly “side effects”?
Muscle tension, as well as organ functions, are controlled by nerves. Most of it even happens unconsciously: circulatory regulation, digestion – but also permanent tension (cramping) e.g. the shoulder / neck muscles.

So instead of working on muscles, connective tissue, etc.

Why not to take A STEP BEFORE?

The result I found: neither bruises, annoyed eyes, or even cries of pain. Even preferences for particularly rude or rather gentle treatments no longer matter.

Depending on the process, not only the muscles relax, the effect extends to the organs. The whole thing pleasant, (when applied correctly) no bad side effects .. What more could you want?

Although not as usual as 40/50 years ago: “What doesn’t kill us hardens” – in many people’s minds you can find: “a lot helps a lot” and “what doesn’t hurt or tastes bitter doesn’t work”. For years I got it that way – but the unease for rough therapies remained. Nevertheless, even today the effect of these gentle grips sometimes amazes me – not to mention the patients.

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE?

We have different nerves and only part of them respond to strong stimuli. Others are more picky: Especially those who provide relaxation simply switch to “stubborn” as soon as a rudder treatment is registered. (Actually quite logical: if the body is confronted with a kind of “attack”, relaxation could be life-threatening).

First I used the stimulation of these nerves (neuronal massage) only to patients who visited me because of various diseases.

By chance it turned out that this massage is also suitable for reducing and preventing stress symptoms (or for speeding up healing processes). Why wait until someone has unbearable tension headaches for days, hard shoulder muscles with tingling and numb arms, circulatory problems, indigestion, sleep disorders or something else entirely?

Most of the people (especially young employees) have an imbalance because of a predominant “action nervous system” even in their free time. Only very few can really relax. For healthy organ functions, however, both must balance each other. It is no wonder, if at some point “alarm bells” will ring in the form of various faults.

The results I found were too exciting to stop researching: what role does the environment play, how does the massage work in different age groups, health conditions, how long does the effect last, how does it continue, etc.

No complex equipment is required for effective treatment: 2 normal chairs are enough, depending on the physical requirements, 20 minutes, a quiet corner would be advantageous, or even better a separate room.

This can even be integrated into almost every day work without uncomfortably large disruptions of work processes.

WHY IS THAT NOT MUCH MORE COMMON?

Very few people know that this massage can even be used to prevent severe stress symptoms.

But the acquisition of the special technology is also quite tricky. There are not many interested persons for this. In order to be able to start with it, thorough knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and experience in various treatments are already required. As a weekend course that you can also take alongside your job as e.g. Business economist or butcher seller is not suitable.

And even with the right prerequisites: Learning the different grips – and perceiving the patient’s fine body “answering” – requires a relatively long period of time: Over months, years you gradually learn the different grips, you have to practice, adapt, develop and be corrected again and again by the trainer. The next step is only taught when he is satisfied

No. I wasn’t particularly stupid – so it happens to everyone.

Automatically unwinding the processes and planning your next vacation or shopping list in your head is not possible either. With this massage you have to concentrate entirely on the patient in order to be able to adapt the handles at any time.

As soon as I experienced the amazing effects a few times on my own body or with patients, it was no longer a question of fan.

Each of the many forms of massage has its fans and also determines its advantages. I prefer to offer the described massage based on my previous experiences. Of all the forms that I got to know, it appears to me to be the most patient-friendly, the most physiological and the most effective. Especially with stress symptoms.

Advantages of neural massage:

–  A short treatment already shows an effect- even with “out-of-therapy” pain, e.g. of the shoulder-arm joint

–  e.g. for your employees in the office:  – no special timetable is necessary for this,
  – no substitution plan is necessary

– The implementation does not require any special equipment or environment

– Apart from the muscles, even “stressed organs” can benefit from it

– high acceptance

– There are no bad side effects that, in the worst case, could lead to absenteeism

– through the combination with other treatment, such as TCM, aromatherapy, the massage can be adapt to existing complaints. Plant essences have a particular effect on the nervous system

You can say anything – it’s best to try it yourself

I often feel weak and tired, so I was curious to try the so-called “neural massage”. So far I have been able to enjoy two treatments. 1x through clothing and 1x with massage oil directly on the skin (with essences adapted to me). The movements felt surprisingly gentle. With just a little pressure they could, admittedly, gain an amazing amount of reaction from my body. My back (treated area) in particular radiated a woolly feel-good warmth during and also continuously. Anytime again! Make your own experience and enjoy this great feeling of relaxation, which is conjured up in no time. Try it out yourself!
